Judgement Day is a machine surveillance artwork that uses blob tracking and AI image analysis to classify passersby as either Caution or Safe. By exposing the algorithm’s biased judgment, especially toward people of colour, it critiques the racialized logic embedded in AI systems.

The work confronts viewers with the unsettling consequences of automated categorization in public spaces.
