Asialink Arts Residencies Applications

Deadline

This round of applications is for arts residencies undertaken between 1 March and 31 December 2015.
Since 1991 Asialink’s Arts Residency Program has provided professional development opportunities for arts professionals working in and across artform, in exchange for the sharing of skills, knowledge and networks with local host communities. The program promotes sustained cross-cultural dialogue by facilitating reciprocal residencies and trialling new models of engagement.
An Asialink Arts Residency grant of up to $12,000 for three months goes towards travel, living and project expenses, and affords recipients the opportunity for in-depth research, stimulating cultural exchanges, international collaboration and uninterrupted time for creativity.
Applicants to Asialink’s Arts Residency Program for 2015 can select from one of the following models of residency:
• Residency with an Asialink Host Partner
• Reciprocal Residency
• A new model of residency from the Residency Laboratory
• Self-Initiated Residency
