This is an intensive course that will serve as an introduction to the art and craft of cinema to art students, aspiring film-makers, and those who are passionate cinema lovers. It will enable students to engage critically with film-making as a contemporary art.

The course will include theoretical lecture sessions, film screenings with analytical discussions & interaction with professionals from the world of cinema. Participants in the class will produce a short film by the end of the course.

Our mentor, celebrated film-maker Kumar Shahani, will award students certificates of participation.

The course will be conducted in the artist enclave ‘Kaladham’, Prof. Rita Ganguly’s Studio A-81 in Greater Noida.
