Junior Curator and Programme Manager
Khoj is delighted to announce that we are now accepting applications for a Junior Curator and Programme Manager to work with the Khoj team.
The Junior Curator and Programme Manager at Khoj is expected to work on Khoj’s curatorial projects, residencies, exhibitions and other events, and additionally work on communications, administrative duties and other aspects of the organisation’s functioning.
You should be adept at ideating and executing programmes, that further Khoj’s curatorial intent and objectives. If you’re a self-driven person with strong administrative and organisational skills, and a passion for interdisciplinary, experimental art, this opportunity is for you!
A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience, and a background in art history/curatorial studies is preferred.
This is an onsite and full-time opportunity for Indian Nationals only.
Responsibilities
- ldeating and implementing programmes at Khoj in collaboration with the Director and the Programme Team.
- Liaising with artists, stakeholders, organisations, and institutions.
- Drafting programme reports and developing project and fundraising proposals.
- Preparing website copy for programmes, and contributing blogs to the Khoj website that puts forward Khoj’s curatorial voice.
- Managing programme logistics and responding to inquiries.
- Planning and organising smaller events that activate the Khoj space through the year.
