Khoj is looking for an Archive & Research Fellow to support the organisation, documentation and development of its institutional archive. This role is ideal for someone with strong research and organisational skills, an interest in contemporary art, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the cataloguing and organisation of Khoj’s physical and digital archives.
- Supporting archival research, documentation and digitisation processes.
- Maintaining archival records, metadata and file management systems.
- Retrieving and organising archival material for programmes, publications and research.
- Assisting with institutional timelines, archival writing and other research-related tasks.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational and research skills with strong attention to detail.
- Has an interest in contemporary art, archives and institutional histories.
- Is comfortable working with both physical and digital archival material.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Is proficient in Google Workspace. Familiarity with archival systems, metadata standards or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
