Khoj is looking for a Programme Fellow to support the planning and delivery of its year-round programmes. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, an interest in contemporary art, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and coordination of residencies, exhibitions, workshops, talks and public programmes.
- Assisting with programme logistics, scheduling and administration.
- Liaising with artists, collaborators and partner organisations.
- Providing on-site support during events and assisting with programme-related research and reports
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Has an interest in contemporary art and interdisciplinary practice.
- Is proficient in Google Workspace. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Is willing to work occasional evenings and weekends when required.
