PlayON! – The Collegiate Theatre Festival of New German Writing is now accepting applications for 2014. PlayOn is an initiative to promote contemporary German plays through the medium of collegiate theatre. Plays are created by drama societies of various colleges, under the mentorship of a theatre professional.

After an overwhelming response last year, the second edition of Long Night of Theater is back. Conceived as an intensive immersion into the process of devising and performance-making, the Long Night brings together 20 strangers with the goal of creating a performance from scratch in the space of 24 hours. The performance will be opened to the public at the end of 24 hours.

Berlinale Talents, Goethe-Institut and FIPRESCI invite young film critics to Berlin.
This is an invitation to apply for The Talent Press, a project of the Berlinale Talents, Goethe-Institut, and FIPRESCI (the International Federation of Film Critics). Young film critics and film journalists will be invited to Berlin to report on the films at the 64th Berlin International Film Festival (February 5 – 15, 2015) and on the events of the Berlinale Talents (February 7 – 12, 2015).
