Open Call for the FAAM residence program 2017
Fukuoka Asian Art Museum is happy to announce an open call for our 2017 residence program. The FAAM residence program is a fully funded residence program for artist and researcher/curator working in 21 designated Asian countries and regions. The program focuses on creating a platform where the artist/researcher/curator meet the local communities, and further develop the understanding of Asia through their creative channels.
Countries and Regions Applicable:
Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam
Residency Periods:
Artist
11 May to 8 August 2017 (90 days) or 7 September to 5 December 2017 (90 days)
Researcher/curator
5 February to 6 March 2018 (30 days)
