Abdul Hamid Hemat is cultural heritage expert, as well as a visual artist, and curator, with over ten years of experience working across heritage protection, and artistic management in Afghanistan.
Hemet’s profile is built on a large diversity of experiences ranging from cultural project management all the way into the most technical aspects of architectural conservation.
He is project manager in Turquoise Mountain- Afghanistan, managing cultural projects in multiple provinces of Afghanistan.
He has M.A. in Visual Arts from Kabul University (2017) and currently studying his second master in Cultural Policy and Management in Belgrade.
