Anil Ananthaswamy is an award-winning journalist, and a consultant and former deputy news editor, New Scientist magazine. He teaches an annual science journalism workshop at the National Centre for Biological Sciences, Bangalore. Anil is the author of The Edge of Physics (Houghton Mifflin-Harcourt, 2010), which was named Book of the Year 2010 by UK’s Physics World and The Man Who Wasn’t There (Dutton, Penguin Random House USA, 2015), which was nominated for the PEN/E.O. Wilson Literary Science Writing Award.
