Aruna is a director, deviser, and designer in the field of theatre. She is the Artistic Director of Visual Respiration, a performance group committed to engaging with audiences in unique ways. She has been involved in theatre for the last 10 years with Landing Stage Youth Theatre Group in Chennai, training young enthusiasts and actors. Aruna holds a Master’s degree in Theatre Practice from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, London. Her performances include Re:play (2013), Visual Respiration, the performance (2013) and Swami and Friends (2011).
