Justice K Kannan (Retd.) is the Former justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court. He currently serves as a Chairman of the Railway Claims Tribunal (RCT) at the Principal Bench at New Delhi, India. He is also the Founder – Director of Madhyastham.
