After 8 years as an industrial and IT engineer, Mahdi Hosseini’s passion led him to work in the field of art and culture. He started his project PeykArt for the announcement of art projects in Tehran and expanded it into other major cities in Iran like Isfahan and Shiraz. PeykArt became the leading project in its field and following its success, Mahdi started other projects including a network of residencies in Iran. Since 2014, he has also been working as the manager of an Iranian experimental music band.
