Namya Chadha
Bio
Namya Chadha is an independent filmmaker, photographer, and artist based between Meerut and Delhi, India. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Video Communication from the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad. Working at the intersection of film, disability, identity, and social justice, her practice foregrounds inclusive and accessible approaches to storytelling. Her films have travelled across festivals and art spaces, including the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, Kochi-Muziris Biennale, and Serendipity Arts Festival (Goa), among others. Her work has been featured in Homegrown, Sunday Midday, and Cinema Express, and published in Disability Studies – A Critical Exploration (2024) and White Print.
