Ruhi defines herself as a facilitator between the field of Management and the field of Performing arts. After completing her MBA from Symbiosis International University, Pune, she worked at Ranga Shankara Theatre, Bangalore, as the Associate in Programming for three years, along with theatre veteran Mrs. Arundhati Nag. Following this, Ruhi freelanced and worked on a wide spectrum of projects in different cities including international festivals and collaborations, as the Director of Programmes at Bhoomija, a trust based in Bangalore working to promote performing arts, and with theatre professionals from Mumbai as their Project Manager in Bangalore. She is currently working alongside Mr. Jayachandran Palazhy, Artistic Director of Attakkalari Centre for Movement Arts, Bengaluru as the Festival Manager of the Attakkalari India Biennial.
