Seher Shah received her BArch and BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1998. Select solo exhibitions include Nature Morte, Berlin; Scaramouche, New York; Nature Morte, New Delhi. Group shows include Gisele Linder gallery, Basel; Green Art Gallery, Dubai; Radical Terrain at the Rubin Museum of Art, Lines of Control at the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art; and W at the Haus der Kulteren der Welt, Berlin. Her work is in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, Brooklyn Museum, Queens Museum of Art, Museum of Contemporary Art in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, Devi Art Foundation, Deutsche Bank Art Contemporary, and the T-B-A21, Vienna, Austria (amongst others). She lives and works in Brooklyn.
