Sharmini Pereira is Chief Curator of the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art Sri Lanka. She is the founder and Director of Raking Leaves and co-founder of the Sri Lanka Archive of Contemporary Art, Architecture and Design. She is currently on the Advisory Council Arts and Culture, Asia Society India and International Council of the Center for Book Arts. She was born in 1970 and currently lives and works in Sri Lanka.
