Shiva Pathak is the Co-Founder of Sandbox Collective, a Bengaluru-based organisation that works with artists and arts managers to expand the scope of performing arts. Her tryst with performing arts started during her college days when she worked on a production with theatre director Anamika Haksar and in 2006, she moved on to working in arts administration. Shiva has since worked as the Festival Coordinator for three editions of the Attakkalari India Biennial and also on projects with Ranga Shankara, Toto Funds the Arts and India Foundation for the Arts.
