Shiva Pathak is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Sandbox Collective, a Bengaluru-based collective that works with artists and arts managers to expand the scope of performing arts. She worked in the development sector before starting her journey in the arts. She has since worked on projects with some of India’s leading arts organisations – Ranga Shankara, India Foundation for the Arts and was also the Festival Coordinator for three editions of the Attakkalari India Biennial – South Asia’s largest contemporary dance festival. She is also Director, Bhasha Centre for Performing Arts and a Trustee of Toto Funds the Arts which nurtures and encourages young artists in India.
