Khirkee Voice/ Khirkee Awaaz is a bilingual, quarterly, hyper-local ‘newspaper’, produced and developed by artists Malini Kochupillai and Mahavir Singh Bisht. The quarterly aims to examine the many complexities of our cities and the urban condition through the lens of the Khirkee neighborhood.
