The Sher-Gil Sundaram Arts Foundation (SSAF), set up in the year 2016, seeks to enable conjunctions of artistic and cultural practice that deal with historical memory and build expectations for the future. It commits itself to advancing creative independence, and art that is secular, non-sectarian, cosmopolitan. It will work in solidarity with initiatives addressing marginalized and heterodox practices.
