Fundamentals of Arts Management was a short course by Khoj International Artists’ Association led by Pooja Sood & Ruchira Das from 28th February to 2nd March, 2025 (10:30 am to 5:30 pm) at Adishakti Laboratory for Theatre Art Research, Auroville, Tamil Nadu.
The 3-day course on “Fundamentals of Arts Management” will cover the key aspects of arts management: strategic planning, marketing, financial planning, and human resources. The teaching format will include presentations, engaging discussions, and practical exercises to be done individually and in groups.
This course is in collaboration with Adishakti Laboratory for Theatre Art Research and is aimed at arts practitioners living and working in the southern states of India. The project is supported by Petronet LNG Limited.
