Otto Berlin is a tribute to a project done by Artist Cynthia Zaven (Sonic Art 2006) named ‘Untuned piano concerto with Delhi traffic orchestra’. Using the same piano, ‘Otto Berlin’ will be played with leftover computer electronics that were present in KHOJ.

YOKOMONO-pro , a composition for new Delhi 
The project will be a collaboration with Kiran Subbaiah, Navin Thomas and Andrej Hrvatin who will participate in its composition and technical realization. Yokomono will explore the possibilities of transforming an object in a public space that is part of the infrastructure into an instrument containing many sound objects and movement. My main interest was a city square that functions like central organ pumping traffic along the streets, where the square could be the instrument, the body and the traffic the sound sources, the strings so to say. The most ideal square with its 3 circles and 7 radial roads would be Connaught Place.
