Self-Driving Cars and Remote-Controlled People was a reflective workshop facilitated by artist Hasan Shahrukh (@curiouswala).

A dozen participants gathered in a support-group-style circle to share their experiences of tech-induced anxieties including screen addiction, imposter syndrome, emotional fatigue, and the blurred line between AI as a tool and AI as a dependency.

Through personal testimonies and a collective post-it reflection exercise, the session surfaced urgent questions around control, everyday self-documentation for social media, the professional necessity of being online and the psychological shift from a pre-pandemic internet to today’s infinite-scroll era..
