Fundamentals of Arts Management was a short course by Khoj International Artists’ Association led by Pooja Sood & Ruchira Das from 9 to 11 January, 2026 (10:30 am to 5:30 pm) at Museum of Goa Goa.

The 3-day course covered the key aspects of arts management: strategic planning, marketing, financial planning, and human resources. The teaching format included presentations, engaging discussions, and practical exercises to be done individually and in groups.

This course was in collaboration with the Museum of Goa, and is aimed at arts practitioners living and working in the south-western region of India. The project is supported by Petronet LNG Limited.
