Fundamentals of Arts Management | Pune was short course by Khoj International Artists’ Association led by Pooja Sood & Ruchira Das from 17 to 19 July, 2026 at The Box Studio, The Box Hub, Erandwane, Pune.

The 3-day course on “Fundamentals of Arts Management” covered the key aspects of arts management: strategic planning, marketing, financial planning, and human resources. The teaching format included presentations, engaging discussions, and practical exercises done individually and in groups. Pradeep Vaiddya, theatre educator, writer, director, set designer, composer, and light-designer, also delivered a special lecture.

This course was in collaboration with ‘Aasakta’ and was aimed at arts practitioners living and working in the eastern region of India. The project is supported by Petronet LNG Limited.
