Atita Taware
Bio
Being a farmer’s daughter, Atita Taware, has always enjoyed observing nature. She likes to observe interaction between living
organisms (flora, fauna). How they depend on each other for living. How there is a delicate bond between them and this amazes me. She feels that living forms communicate to each other in a very different magical way than we do. As an artist, she has worked with many mediums, with focus on printmaking, ceramics and installations. Her work centres primarily on topics of biodiversity degradation, habitat loss, land conversions, awareness of endemic and endangered species. She continues to refine my technique and find new ways to capture the essence of life and existence of self.
