Lily Irwin

Lily Irwin is an Irish artist based between the south coast of Ireland and London. She previously studied English Literature at Exeter University and later at Cambridge School of Art before embarking on The Draying Year. In her work she attempts to capture some sense of what it is to be human, searching for truths or significance which rest in the silent, in-between spaces of our inner and outer worlds. Lily has exhibited widely in the UK and teaches on the Royal Drawing Schools Young Artist programme.
