Fundamentals of Arts Management was a short course by Khoj International Artists’ Association led by Pooja Sood & Ruchira Das from 6 to 8 June, 2025 (10:30 am to 5:30 pm) at Kerala Museum, Kochi, Kerala.

The 3-day course covered key aspects such as strategic planning, marketing, financial planning, and human resources. The teaching format included presentations, group discussions, and practical exercises. Manu Jose, Creative Director of Ala Centre for Culture & Alternative Education, Theatre Actor, and Aditi Nayar-Zacharias, Museum Director at Kerala Museum, Madhav Nayar Foundation, also delivered special lectures.

This course is in collaboration with Kerala Museum, and is aimed at arts practitioners living and working in the southern states of India.
