Fundamentals of Arts Management was a short course by Khoj International Artists’ Association led by Pooja Sood & Ruchira Das from 20th to 22nd July 2024 (10:30 am to 5:30 pm) at Arthshila Santiniketan, West Bengal.

The 3-day course on “Fundamentals of Arts Management” covered key aspects such as strategic planning, marketing, financial planning, and human resources. The teaching format included presentations, group discussions, and practical exercises. Abeer Gupta from Arthshila, and Arpan and Shreya Mukherjee, co-founders, Studio Goppo, also delivered special lectures.

This course was in collaboration with Arthshila Santiniketan and is aimed at arts practitioners living and working in the Eastern and North Eastern states of India.
