Students of the Swarn Public school were recently treated to a historical walk through Khirkee with Delhi historian and heritage keeper, Sohail Hashmi. The group, along with members of the KHOJ team, visited the Khirkee Masjid and the Satpula dam learning about the historical and geographic significance of these sites to the city.

During the walk, the students engaged with the rich history of their local neighborhood and were keen to get involved with the preservation and ecological maintenance of these sites.
