Khoj and Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan New Delhi are pleased to announce the opening of ‘When We Return’, Six curated exhibitions by CISA 2025 Fellows.

The exhibition presents the final culmination of CISA’s seventh edition, which brought together curators from Bangladesh, India, Iran, Nepal and Sri Lanka for a two weeks-long, fully-funded, in-situ research residency program at Khoj Studios in New Delhi, India.

‘When We Return’ endeavours to murmur the aching Gap that always persists, representing the possibility of no return, and considers the methods of returning that never quite arrive in their original form, never as they were once felt. As some of us waited here and some of us waited there, all longing to return.

The exhibitions are curated by

Emdadul Haque Topu
Hengame Hosseini
Narmeen Sajid
