This body of work explores the hidden aspects of digital technologies such as human labour, environment, and spirits. The artist is looking for the sensual, the fragile and the non-measurable. Those who have plenty believe in new technologies as something that is flawless; and consider it as a solution to overcome current crises, while often excluding those without the financial means to change their circumstances.
The Swiss-based artist began her research in Kinshasa, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and upon arriving in Delhi, was inspired by the repair and repurpose culture she has experienced here.
