Engaged with the services of local sign painters. Stephen produced multiple variations of ‘Madonna’ and also small motif signs (reminiscent of election symbols) – a scooter, an umbrella, a cow, an autorickshaw etc. Painted on rounded rocks, these were placed on a square platform of ice slabs in an enigmatic installation.
