Dilli Dur Ast was an attempt to interrogate/ intervene/ understand the walled city of Old Delhi. Artists Atul Bhalla, Gigi Scaria and Himanshu Desai lived and worked within the walled city for a month developing individual projects in response to and, in some cases, in collaboration with the local community of Old Delhi.This project was conceived and programmed by Gigi Scaria in collaboration with Atul Bhalla and Himanshu Desai. It was supported by KHOJ and partially supported by the Devi Art Foundation.
