A gathering that is an exercise in memory, under the hazy winter skies of Delhi. We will be sewing into simple handkerchiefs that are reminiscent of skies from our lives. Drawing from Sabeen’s own practice of visualising the sky on canvases often shaped like handkerchiefs, she will guide participants to remember skies from their lives and emotions they evoke. Sabeen is well-versed in a variety of stitches and experiments often.

Participants may choose to experiment and/or use traditional stitching methods to sew. No prior experience of sewing is necessary. All materials will be provided. Recommended for ages 13 and above.
