Resonance – Food Soundscape engagement. “Resonance” is a ceremony involving preparation and presentation of food and sound. The manner which it is performed is conducted by the movement of tools and gestures involved in the culinary process. Using special devices all the movements from the cook and the food are translated to sound transforming the feast into a symphony of senses.
