Here at Khoj Peers residency project at Khirki Extension in New Delhi I am researching on labour of different professions migrated from different part of the country. I am interacting with them at labour Chawk and Khirkee Extension or in their work place or some time in a tea adda to know their personal history, the process of coming to their respective profession, how they have been migrated and so on.  I am inviting few of them to my studio to create something according to their professional skill but in different to their regular job. A duality of thought process generated by the artists’ research on labour and the environment created by the labour himself (or their involvement) may come up with a new dialogue to research further.

My work will take the form of audio recordings and video work.
