About this programme

Yokomono was a unique artistic venture, being a sound composition born out of 30 auto-rickshaws playing horn patterns in sync with each other, as they moved in groups around the concentric circles of Connaught Place, in New Delhi.

This project was conceived by Geert Jan Hobjin (Staalplaat Soundsystem), assisted by Jens Alexander Ewald.

It was supported by the Mondriaan Foundation.
