An initiative of The Gati Dance Forum, The Yellow Line Project (YLP) invited collaborations between choreographers and media artists to explore the intersections between dance, film, and public spaces in Delhi.

Each project was created around a specific urban site in Delhi, whether it be a heritage site, a foot bridge, the pavement, or a construction site. The content and intention of the dance and the way it was filmed was in constant dialogue with and shaped by the history and physicality of the chosen site.

The evening included the presentation of original works by:
Navtej Singh Johar and Ken Furudate
Rajyashree Ramamurthi and Desmond Roberts
Parimal Phadke and Dhanya Pilo
Surjit Nongmeikapam and Frederic Lombard
Preethi Athreya and Yashaswini R
Rakesh MPS and Asim Waqif
Sonia Khurana

The Yellow Line Project was facilitated by artists Liz Aggiss & Sonia Khurana.

YLP was partnered by Royal Norwegian Embassy, Ministry of Culture, Japan Foundation, Pro Helvetia- Swiss Arts Council, The British Council, South East Dance, Bharat Forge and the Meeto Memorial Award.
