Peers 2021

The Khoj Peers residency program provides emerging artists and creative practitioners a platform for dialogue, experimentation, and exchange. This helps in building a forum and creating a network of young interdisciplinary artists from various art, architecture, new media, performance, performing arts and design disciplines.

About this edition

After a pandemic-induced hiatus, Peers 2021 marks the 17th edition of Peers, the first-ever Hybrid Peers Residency, unfolding online, followed by a physical immersion by the residents at Khoj Studios, and a Peers 2021 open day at Khoj shortly after.

At its core, the Peers program acts as a stepping-stone for young artists, aiding them through a transitional moment in their lives. The program offers them the resources necessary to push the experimental limits of their work, and also provides a supportive learning environment and an introduction into the larger network of the arts.
